I knew that if I didn't have a plan going into my first week on the road, I would fall into really bad habits (worse than at home) and that would be even harder to come back from after a few weeks. Since the beginning of the year, I'd stopped working out and was eating whatever I wanted and I felt sick all of the time.
It's no secret that I love the company I work for and that I want to have a long career here so I am excited to announce two big changes coming for me, and MAN am I excited/nervous/happy/anxious. I have been feeling allllll of the feelings right now, especially as July 1 has been approaching.
